The World Peace Camp for Muslim Scouts in the United States of America
Qatari Scouts participate in the World Peace Camp for Muslim Scouts in the United States of America, which will be held during the period: from July 31 to August 06, 2022.
Commander Hamad Al-Omari indicated that the participation of the Qatari scout delegation aims to achieve the goals of the camp, which include spreading the concept of peace among the people and clarifying the role experienced by the State of Qatar and the extent of its appreciation and care for real peace. The world and the necessary preparations have been made for participation, including Qatar Day and the exhibition that reflects the culture and civilization of the State of Qatar.
Commander Hamad Al-Omari, head of the delegation, stressed the importance of participating in this World Scout event in the United States of America and said: It is an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences, reflect on Qatar’s culture, transfer its heritage, and introduce the achievements of the renaissance that Qatar is witnessing in all fields of health, education, scouting, development, and economics. He added: Every participating scout is an ambassador for his country, and we must convey everything that is creative and good about Qatar and be the best ambassadors for that, and to invest in participation to gain more friendships and new experiences, wishing the participants success and success.
Commander Ali Al-Nama said about participating in these scouting camps that it aims to exchange experiences, skills, and arts between regions, associations, and world scout organizations and refine the skills, abilities, and competencies of the young participants with a set of activities and programs that reflect their mental and physical skills and provide a set of programs that serve the community. He said that the Scouts Qatar Airways participates in a delegation consisting of two leaders and eight scouts:
