An online seminar titled "Enhancing Proper Family Care Arrangements" in collaboration with the Dreama Orphan Care Center was held as part of the ongoing vital and constructive role played by the Dreama Orphan Care Center in partnership with UNICEF. This initiative aims to build and develop our society in line with the aspirations of our beloved country, Qatar. A series of online seminars organized by the Qatar Scouts and Guides Association aimed to enrich the intellectual and knowledge capacities of employees in the social field and develop their abilities through the exchange of knowledge and experiences among specialists. This contributes to achieving Qatar's National Vision 2030, especially in the areas of human development and enhancing social services.

The seminar aimed to improve the quality of social services, stimulate innovation and scientific thinking, and apply the best practical and scientific practices in social care, thereby enhancing the care provided to children and communities both nationally and internationally. The seminar addressed key topics including strengthening alternative family care arrangements, child protection, and supporting the workforce in social care. It also aimed to encourage scientific research and promote creativity and critical thinking among participants.
