Qatar Scouts participates in the opening ceremony of the World Scout Jamboree in Korea

The Qatari Scouts and Guides Association delegation participated in the opening ceremony of the Jamboree World Scout Camp Jamboree Korea 25 which was held today on the grounds of the camp in Korea. It is the camp where 45 thousand scouts and guides from more than 160 countries participate in the world's largest youth gatherings. Scouts from all over the world meet every four years in a country selected six years before the event, which serves as the World Cup of Scouts.

The temperature exceeding 36C and the high humidity did not prevent the scouts and their leaders from doing the usual work. The camp's activities lasted for 12 days from 1 August until 12 August.
