The Arab Scout Forum for Youth Empowerment
The young leaders Shahd Al-Abdullah and Haneen Al-Abdullah from the Qatar Scouts and Guides Association participated in the Arab Scout Forum for Youth Empowerment held in Salalah, Sultanate of Oman, from August 2 to 8, 2024. The participation aimed to:
- Develop leadership skills among youth to build a conscious generation capable of taking responsibility and contributing to community development.
- Prepare the future generation to achieve their goals and succeed in life.
- Build the participants' capabilities to enable them to take on leadership roles.
- Expand opportunities for participants to engage in various work systems.
- Enhance the skills of participants and prepare them effectively for the job market.
- Develop participants' abilities in marketing their skills and projects, and successfully finding employment opportunities.
- Empower participants to master a wide range of modern administrative and leadership skills, helping them complete their tasks efficiently and stay updated with the latest developments in administrative leadership.
