A scout training gathering was held on Monday, October 16, 2023, at M.E.S Indian Islamic School, with the participation of 150 scouts representing 12 scout teams from foreign community schools. The training assembly aims to activate scouting activities. The event included various workshops and scouting principles, such as the promise, law, and scout salute. It involved training on different types of scouting knots used in the scouting field. Additionally, there was community participation from the Naseem Medical Center, providing dental hygiene and personal cleanliness sessions. The Community Police Department also participated by conducting a workshop on bullying. The gathering was attended by the General Commissioner of the Qatar Scouts and Guides Association, Mr. Jassim Al Hardan, the Director of the Scouts Department, Mr. Hamad Al Omari, and the Head of Foreign Community Schools, Mr. Ahmed Khamees, along with other Scout leaders.
