The training gathering for the Brownies under the slogan "Striving for a Better Tomorrow"
The Qatari Scouts and Guides Association (Guides Division) organized a training gathering for the Brownies under the slogan "Striving for a Better Tomorrow." This gathering aimed to deliver scouting and guidance messages, spreading scouting awareness among this age group, considering them the nucleus of the future.
The gathering included a set of scouting and guidance principles, such as the Brownie Promise, Brownie Law, Brownie Greeting, Knowledge of the Flag, Brownie Emblem, and Scarf Rolling. As for the workshops and life skills, some were derived from the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, such as the "Free to Be Me" workshop, aiming to promote self-respect and enhance body confidence, presented by one of the leaders participating in the global program. Additionally, a workshop on protection from harm issued by the Arab Scout Organization was presented by the Heritage and Identity Center.
An agriculture workshop under the theme "Plant a Seedling" was conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Municipality, Agriculture Affairs Department. All these principles and workshops were presented in an innovative way suitable for this age group. The gathering also addressed the Palestinian cause, with Brownies expressing their messages through face painting of the Palestinian flag.
The event saw the participation of 80 Brownies from seven schools and kindergartens, along with a group of trainees and leaders from various stages. The participating schools included:

2. Ash-Shifa Bint Abdul Rahman Al-Ansariya Kindergarten
3. Zainab Bint Jahsh Kindergarten
4. The New Generation Kindergarten
5. The Coming Generation Kindergarten
6. Oscar International Kindergarten
