His Excellency Dr. Ibrahim bin Saleh Al-Nuaimi, President of the Qatar Scouts and Guides Association, is heading the Qatari delegation participating in the second meeting of the Scouts and Guides Committee representatives from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, held in Kuwait.
