President of the Emirates Scouts Association Visit
Mr. Jassem Mohammed Al-Hardan, the General Commissioner of the Qatar Scouts and Girl Guides Association, discussed areas of cooperation with His Excellency Dr. Salem Abdul Rahman Al Darmaki, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Scouts Association.
Today, Mr. Jassem Mohammed Al-Hardan, the General Commissioner of the Qatar Scouts and Girl Guides Association, and His Excellency Dr. Salem Abdul Rahman Al Darmaki, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Scouts Association, held a meeting to discuss avenues of mutual cooperation and enhancing work in the fields of leadership development, educational program development, and exchange of scouting experiences and expertise.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Jassem Al-Hardan welcomed the guest from Qatar, emphasizing the depth of the bilateral relations between the Scouts of the UAE and Qatar, and the importance of cooperation to enhance them in a way that serves the scouting movements of both countries. He welcomed continuous meetings to strengthen the partnership in all scouting fields, such as leadership development, educational program development, and participation in joint camps.
This visit comes within the framework of exchanging visits between the two countries to exchange experiences and learn about Qatar's scouting experiences, as well as getting acquainted with the most important historical, cultural, and natural landmarks of Qatar and learning about its developmental achievements.
Mr. Jassem Al-Hardan emphasized the importance of cooperation that serves the Scouts and Guides of both countries, welcoming cooperation with them in everything that contributes to enhancing the relationships between the Scouts and Guides of both countries, thus enhancing the capabilities of youth in various fields.
The Qatar Scouts and Girl Guides Association also affirmed its keenness to create a conducive environment to enhance and develop scouting cooperation with the UAE through mutual visits and participation in various camps.
