With the participation of 73 leaders, an introductory meeting was held for leaders (for the Daisy, Brownie, and Girl Guides levels). The meeting covered several important elements, including:
- An overview of the Scout movement, its definition, goals, and principles.
- The registration process and formation of the troop.
- The responsibilities of the troop leader and the role and duties of the troop within the school.
- Presentation of the annual plan of activities and programs, managed by the Girl Guides.
- An introduction to the general policy of the Qatar Boy Scouts and Girl Guides Association.
- Explanation of the protection policy and the signing of the code of conduct, emphasizing the importance of implementing this policy during the execution of activities and programs with the Scout and Guide troops.
The meeting was supervised by the Training Department of the Girl Guides Administration.
