Reception of the Secretary-General of the Scout Movement and the Regional Director of the Arab Scout Region.
Dr. Ibrahim bin Saleh Al Nuaimi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Qatar Boy Scouts and Girl Guides Association, received today Dr. Hani Abdul Wahab, the Secretary-General of the Scout Movement and the Regional Director of the Arab Scout Region, who arrived in Doha on an official visit upon the invitation of the Qatar Boy Scouts and Girl Guides Association to attend the National Scout Youth Forum. The Secretary-General of the Scout Movement and the Regional Director of the Arab Scout Region then outlined highlights from the strategic plan of the Arab Scout Organization, which aims to continue playing a pivotal role in achieving the goals and aspirations of Arab Scout associations in the field of youth programs in line with the global vision, providing consultations on relevant interests and the application of best practices, enriching youth participation with qualitative activities and outputs, and working on advancing programs towards a better world framework at all levels.
Mr. Jassem Mohammed Al Hardan, the General Commissioner of the Qatar Boy Scouts and Girl Guides Association, and Mr. Ghanim Al Kuwari, the Chairman of the Sub-Arab Programs Committee, were among those present at the reception.
