Qatari Participation in the Fifth Arab Scout Forum for Educational Methods in Egypt
Leader Amira Al-Khayyat, Chairperson of the Harm Prevention Committee at the Qatar Scouts Association, member of the Arab Subcommittee for Harm Prevention, and International Commissioner of the Association, will participate in the Fifth Arab Scout Forum for Educational Methods in the Arab Republic of Egypt from June 23 to 28, 2024.
The forum aims to develop the capabilities of training commissioners, leadership development, and harm prevention, in addition to programs under "Scouts for Sustainable Development Goals" in Arab Scout associations. The forum also seeks to enhance cooperation and exchange experiences among participants from different Arab countries.
During the forum, Leader Amira Al-Khayyat will present an overview of the best practices adopted by the Qatar Scouts and Guides Association in implementing the global policy on harm prevention at the national level.
