Meeting on the implementation of the global support assessment tool
A meeting between a team from GSAT of the Arab Scout Organization and the Qatari Scouts and Guides Association
with regards to the mechanisms of applying the global support assessment tool. Both the Head of the Planning and Quality Unit Aisha Al-Kuwari and Leader Mai Abdel-Hadi discussed the stages of the self-assessment according to the self-assessment guide for the Global Support Assessment Tool GSAT, where all procedures were clarified when applying the tool to the association which focused on reviewing the ten global dimensions specified by the World Scout Organization and the evaluation committee as follows:
1. the institutional requirements of the association and the
2. governance system
3. The strategic work of the association,
4. honest management,
5. communication and gaining support and public image,
6. adults in the scout movement,
7. resource allocation and financial controls,
8. youth programs,
9. membership development in the movement, and
10. the continuous progress of the movement.
