Qatar Scouts and Girl Guides Association Organizes a Bootcamp for Boyscouts In cooperation with The National Service Academy (Migdam Camp)
The Scout Training Gathering for boys with the participation of 190 scouts representing 8 scouting troops under the slogan (Today's young boys, tomorrow's men) which is in line with the association's annual plan 2023 / 2022. This bootcamp aims to provide the participants with the knowledge, skills and scouting activities in application of scouting curricula. The Commissioner-General of the Association, Mr. Jassim Al-Hardan, stated that this camp aims to develop self-reliance, take responsibility and serve others, and raise awareness of values.
Meanwhile the leader of the bootcamp Commander Hamad Al-Omari highlighted that the association has prepared a diversified scouting program that includes the various scouting fields, such as the religious, national, social, and scouting fields.
The boy scouts participated positively in all activities and expressed their great happiness in attending such camps, which contribute to raising morale and developing their military culture to fulfill the dream and honor of to the Qatari Armed Forces in the future.
