Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign
The Girl Scouts and Guides of the International Preparation Academy, Al-Aziziya Branch, participated in Breast Cancer Awareness Month with the aim of raising cultural awareness about the fight against breast cancer (Pink Ribbon Awareness). This initiative was held in partnership with the Qatar Cancer Society and the Primary Health Care Corporation. The event included the distribution of brochures containing tips and guidelines for early breast cancer detection, as well as t-shirts for the teaching staff.
Some health tips and advice were provided in collaboration with the school nurse and with community participation. The program concluded with the distribution of informative leaflets and brochures to parents and all attendees.
